Steelcase Solutions has been providing MasterCard with office fit-out solutions for over ten years. When the company moved to new premises in Canary Wharf, their longstanding relationship made us the clear choice to provide an integrated interior design and furniture solution that would inspire employees and encourage collaborative open-plan working.
MasterCard wanted its office relocation to be seamless, efficient, with minimum amount of disruption.

Steelcase Solutions offered a comprehensive solution. From an initial consultation, we helped with the interior design of the new office, installation, recycling and compliant waste management. We managed the whole project from start to finish, remaining on site after installation to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
As part of the project, we refurbished existing office furniture to complement the new environment for maximum cost efficiency as well as supplying carefully selected new products specifically designed to encourage collaborative working. We introduced the streamlined and sophisticated Steelcase FrameOne bench system to open up the office floor, as well as installing a café area for employees to talk through ideas in a more informal setting, or even simply take some time out.
The entire project took 15 months from initial conversations to complete installation, design and fit out.
