Protecting the environment: Worcester, Bosch Group is a leading manufacturer of sustainable high efficiency heating. It was therefore important for them to work with a office designer and manufacturer who is equally environmentally driven.

Investing in People: People are of high importance to Worcester, Bosch Group and they were very keen to reward their hard work by creating an inspiring office environment and effective use of space and to set a standard within their industry.

Aesthetic: A single aesthetic was required throughout the main building and at the various training centres throughout the country. Worcester, Bosch Group receives many visitors so they were particularly keen to create attractive spaces, that gave a positive impression.

Solutions
Sustainability: Worcester, Bosch Group were very impressed with Steelcase’s unique approach to the product life cycle, measuring the environmental impact of each product over it’s life and working to minimise it.

A spacious and inspiring call centre: A traditional over cramped, unattractive and noisy call centre would not create an efficient and effective environment. Despite needing to cater for an increased number of users in the call centre, Steelcase Solutions were able to create an improved, light and inspiring space with excellent acoustics and close proximity to break-out areas for relaxation and idea sharing.

Multiple applications: Individual furniture and designs for each area were developed: call centre, offices, break out areas, board room, meeting areas and executive offices.
