Growth: BUPA has been very successful, resulting in an increased head count. They therefore needed to find ways of accommodating this rise in head count within their existing space.

Understanding user needs: Steelcase Solutions observed the work that BUPA’s employees carry out and looked at their existing resources to understand what improvements were needed to allow them to work more efficiently and effectively.

Increased head count: Steelcase Solutions assessed BUPA’s existing space and ran a storage audit. Through this they were able to free up enough space to accommodate a 20-25% rise in head count.

Future proof: BUPA required furniture that’s future proof and easily adaptable to changes in technology. For example the TNT desks that BUPA selected can easily be reduced in depth as users convert to flat screen monitors.

Effective implementation and installation: Steelcase Solutions were able to design and implement their solutions effectively, installing them without disruption to BUPA’s business.
